Amazing, quick and efficient service from Ross and the Team! We rang Ross to conduct an electrical safety report at our flat to get it ready for rental. During the report several faults of which we mostly knew about have been confirmed and the team quickly solved all the issues making sure that the report passed. At a different property we had no supply of electricity in part of the flat and the team rectified it super quickly. Overall amazing service and if we have any electrical problems we will be back to Ross and the Team!!
Super quick service & spotted & fixed a potentially lethal electrical fault. I phoned Ross from ‘RMS Electrical’ when my wife found a damaged light switch in an AirBnb. I spoke to her letting agent told them How good ross was & they asked if I could call him. Ross responded immediatly, sending a member of his team. He also went out of his way to get the same light switch as in the picture I sent him (costing him time). RMS found a live wire in the top bedroom that could have been lethal & repaired. The reflection on my wife's business from the letting agent is whenever they have a problem they phone & ask me to recommend. Outstanding work Ross, so impressed with your work and how you handled the referral, I will be proud to recommend RMS Electrical in future.

We used Ross and his team to remove our old night storage heaters and replace with new electric radiators and a new consumer unit. We cannot praise them enough for the quality of the work, the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived and everything was explained down to the last detail as to how it works and why. We would not hesitate in using them again and totally recommend them..
